Gibby not eating

i my new gibby hasnt been eating the zuchini ive been giving him, i thought gibby's would love it. im just abegguiner though. what should i do?

How long have you had it? If it's an older one (i.e. bigger than a 2-3 inches, 5-7 cm), it may take a few days to settle in, and that point it will start eating.

The other factor is that these fish are pretty much "neo-phobic" (i.e. scared of new things), and it may take some time before they get used to the zucchini(courgette).

It's also possible that this particular fish prefers some other veggie. Try some others... I've written an article that lives in Shane's world about feeding plecos. Look at that for some ideas of what you can feed a herbivore (which is what Gibbies are).
