what to get?

Post by jordan »

i have a roughly 200 litre, standard 4 foot tank with:
2 dwarf gouramis,
1 black widow,
1 young hoplo catfish,
1 young bristlenose,
three clown loaches,
20 neon tetras and
2 angels
i would like to get more catfish, but a type that is nice to look at as well as active in the daytime, i am considering the upsidedown cf, i like them alot, but i would like somethign a little larger, (15-20cm).
what do you suggest?
thank you for your help
(a new catfish lover.)

I would agree with kev, the only thing I would suggest is to start making some tradeoffs, you have a mix from different areas and some fish that get quite large(clown loaches)Do some research on sizes and maybe think about grouping your fish by water conditions needed or by continent or go total biotope type tank.you will find catfish suitable for whatever you decide.
