I Have Redtail
im new to this forum and im trying to find out whats wrong with my redtail catfish i only had it since mid april its only 4 inches it won,t eat anything what post do i go for answers?

There's probably plenty of posts about this, but I would start by checking the water quality. If you don't have a test-kit, see if your local shop will do a test of the water for you.
You want to know at the very least:
Nitrate level
Nitrite level
Ammonia level
pH level
Also useful to us here would be the size of the pond that you're keeping it, water temperature and how big the fish is at the moment.
You could probably find something useful by just searching in the forum search for "Red tail not eating", and choose the "Search for all words" option. It should give you a good few threads, I would think.
