Can Synodontis ocellifer live with Xenos, Multis, Cyps, and A. Comps in a 300g 8x2x2 tank? or would there be problems

S.ocellifer is a West African catfish so come from different water conditions than the Tangies, but after saying that they are rather tolerant and you could carefully accustom them to the water conditions and "should" have no problem.

I have four in a tank with sand substrate with lots of rocks and sticks where they do a fair amount of digging. They seem to be tolerant of other fish even syno's given enough space and structure.

Myself I would stick to tangies with your tank as it seems the ocellifer would be the only non-tanganyikan fish in the tank.I don't know how many multi's you have but maybe up the numbers or get some petricola's if more cats are wanted,or find some of the more rare cats from the lake,Your tank must be a nice display with the combination of fish you have.
