Can the 2 mentioned fishes live together in a 135 gallon tank?

Cetopsis coecutiens: 5cm
Asterophysus batrachus: 7cm

The Asterophysus will eat the Cetopsis.

And before it does the Cetopsis will bite the Asterophysus.....
