I'd say Cephalosilurus but I am not sure it's a C. fowleri.
Look on the web for C. apurensis. That may be your fish.

It's difficult to tell C. apurensis from C. fowleri without examining the gill rakers...

BTW, I think the fish in the other post is the same species, only smaller.
