I have a searous prob with it in one of my tanks how do i get it down and fast it is 5 ppm any sudjestions i am doing reg water changes, i have a nitra sorb in there and i have reduced the feeding so it all goes within a minute or two. please help me it is buggin me on how to reduce it

providing your tapwater doesn't contain nitrites, you are doing the right thing. if it's not going down, then change more water.
bear in mind that it will take a lot longer to cycle your tank when you do this. the benefit is, you protect your livestock from death.
unless you have very valuable or delicate fish, (which you shouldn't have in a tank that's still cycling) just let them ride through it.
adding a brand of filter bacteria, or better still bacteria from a real filter, will help a lot.

Niether do mine but this is a tank i am setting up for my little sister and she wanted all your common little "pretty" fish as they do lol and i feel really bad they all keep dieing! could it be that she is over feeding them? if this is the case should i feed every other day or just minimise the feed daily?
