What would be the possibility of breeding this species? What guidelines should I follow? Has it ever been done before?

Hi!

breeding Hypostominae is basically like breeding Ancistrini.

Iknow a successful spawn of Hypostomus nigromaculatus by Mike Hermann in Germany, otherwise other spawn have basically occur in ponds or huge tank...
cheers
