Just wondering about some of the shops in DC area. I didn't want to get off topic with the convention string, so started this one.
Longstocking wrote - "AWWWWWWWWWWWWWW missed the best one of them all. they are high in price usually but quality is outstanding... they know what they have and htey price for it lol. "
And...
"I know we are VERY lucky here. Some of the best LFS's around the nation are here. I think the reason they are some of the best though is the local hobbiests with large basments with tons of tanks in them The people that Import around here are also outstanding....It's hard to by at LFS's knowing you can get things cheaper but I always feel a need to support them since I know what a generally good job they do...Thanks for supporting them "
Work will have me traveling thru the area Nov 7th or 8th. Would you mind giving a couple of the other store names and locations? I have been to House of Tropicals, couple of years ago and it was good.
Thanks!

Central Maryland is blessed with five outstanding stores. I work at one of them but won't say which... In alphabetical order they are:
Aquarium Center, Randallstown, Maryland
Exotic Aquatics, Baltimore, Maryland
House of Tropicals, Glen Burnie, Maryland
Totally Fish and Pets, Aspen Hill, Maryland
Tropical Fish World, Gaithersburg, Maryland
Hope you can visit a few while you're here.
