May I ask what that great price is??? Just curious they sell them for about $120-160 a pop here :cry:

I got them for less than that. I got them in canada for around $78 for all 4, and that was CANADIAN!

lemonlimecola, I'm sorry to hear that they charge such a ridiculous price for those out there. Here they run about $25 for a 1-2 incher. But maybe that's just the luck of being near L.A., as I hear it's a major fish hub.
So many catfish, so little space, and so little money. Do banks let you take loans to buy fish?

my lfs sells them for around $50 each. I think that might even be too much.

Curious as to where you have seen them at that price....I live in the area and have been to pretty much every fish/pet store in the DC/VA/MD area....and have never seen them sold at such a high price. Average is $40, you see them for anywher from $20-$50, sometimes more for size. For anyone to sell them at $100+, they would have to be adults, or no one would ever purchase them...Are you sure you aren't thinking of goldies?
