Another question about the multipuncs
Ok so the Synodontis Multipunctatus are around 2 months old. How long does it take for them to be sexually mature? I've read several different accounts ranging anywhere from 14 months to 5 years. Anyone else have some ideas? Thanks ~wayne

My experience with them it's been ~24 months before you'll start seeing the first spawns.
I've heard people claim they could get them to size and spawning in 12-18 but just as in keeping reptiles (which I have also) it's typically not a good idea for the long term health of the fish.
