If memory serves me correctly the Cat-eLog describes it as not for the aquarium, besides which I'd be worried about kitty with a three foot cat heheh 8)

Hmm,Ive Read Its Not A Aquarium Fish Really.
But Even If I Had A Pond I Would Need To Put It Inside For Winter..Cause Even Down South We Get Some Very Cold Winter Days.Plus,I Would Rather Just Purchase A Huge Aquarium For It Anyway..So I Could Keep It Inside All The Time And It Could Have The Tank All To Itself.

A cold winter day is hardly anything that would bother a channel cat. Don't forget that they live up here naturally in Michigan too... Not to mention a 125g tank is hardly huge, you'd need something to the effect of several thousand gallons of water to keep them comfortable.
So leave these guys outdoors & save good tank space for fish that belong in em!
