Which Corydoras to pick?

Post by Fish Guy »

I was wondering what Cordoras I should put in my tank. I have 10 gallons so I think I can have more than 1. Any suggestions?

Q: How tall is Cartman in real life?

A: Well, Cartman doesn't exist in real life, but if he did he'd be two feet tall.

I had C.Paleatus (4) and C.Schwartzi (6) in a tank your size.It all depends on what else is in the tank though.....

You have a wide range of choices for Corys in a 10 gallon tank. All but the largest species would do fine. I feel 6 to 8 fish of two different species is OK.

If you're looking for a smaller species of cory you could do pandas. They seem to be fairly easy to find at local stores and they stay rather small, 1.5" or so I believe. I had 4 in my 20 gallon and they have happily bred in the tank and I am now up to 8. :)
