Finally got my hands on 4 more zebra plecos today (all seem happy), brings the total to 7 (these lot cost Â£100 each, brings the total to Â£565), just want to get them breeding now....

wow! 100 quid...50euros isn't that kind of money now... that's the price of two zebras in my LFS... i need to buy them!

For 50 Euros you should get them quickly! Wholesalers are asking 44 euros for small ones now!

hi! just to say that i have maid a deal whit the LFS boss... i will help him with his web page, and for fee i will take 2 L-046 and 2 L-270... this is far most cheapest way for him cuz he will lose no money, only his display zebras...

Thats great, i have 24 L046 arriving today from Glaser hope they all make it fine, also a bunch of other plecos.

Good luck with your shipment Guapote118. I remember how excited I was when my shipment arrived a few weeks back. I think I was more stressed out then the fish were...lol. All my zebras are doing great! No losses

Hi all,
I wonder why you have to pay that much for your zebras.
Here in Poland I have to pay about 50 PLN for this fish.
1$=4PLN so it's something about 13$ :]
Transporting fish from Southern America to eastern Europe takes much more time I think and also much more money thats why I'm thinking about.

Standard retail price in the US is between $80 to $100.

and royal pleco costs about 20$ for 12cm long fish

Today I purchased pseudomystus siamensis for 1$ :] fish is however very small - about 4cm long
