whats the lifespan?

does anybody know how many years these guys would live to:

L046 zebra pl3co, L025 scarlet pl3co, L014 goldie pl3co, L177 gold nugget and adonis pl3co

i know :) .. i'm really curious because these guys cost a lot so it would be better if they would be with me for at least 5-10 years of course with the proper care of course :wink:

:D Kidman. I can tell you from personel experience that 5-10 years should be no problem,with proper care. I have 2 gold nuggets that are 10 years old and are just starting to mature. Good luck. :D :D :D

I'd expect 10 years to be an absolute minimum, possibly more than 20 years for all but the Zebra plecos. Although I'd expect the Zebras to live more than 10 anyway.

Catfishes as a rule tend to be long lived fishes.

Wood what kind of golden nugget do u have?? L-177, L-81 or L-18?
how big are they???

:D I believe my gold nuggets L018,and are 7 inches long. :D :D :D

As per information from some plecos news, the lifespan is around 25 years. I think this is valid as plecos take very long time to reach mature. :D
No one gets left behind!!!!
