Hi, has anyone got any idea what type of plec this is (pics at the link below)? The stripes are orange and brown alternating. Thanks.

Not that I want to disagree with silurus but the headshot with dark base color and small spots look more Liposarcus pardalis to me. Most gibby pics I have seen are dark spots on light base.

Sorry, the pics are not all that clear sharkmat, but definately not G gibbiceps ! the spot pattern is wrong (gibbies have a dark pattern on a light background). However, quite possibly G joselimaianus which has the reverse pattern to gibbiceps, ie light spots on a dark background.
