L075, L124, L301, LDA02 availability?

Post by rcl »

I am searching for a pleco to add to my tank, specifically one that reaches a modest size.. 6 inches would be the maximum really. I would like any good recommendations, but while searching I have found this pleco:

it is peckoltia sabaji and seems to have 4 L-numbers. It is insanely attractive and sounds like I wouldn't have any problems with it in my tank for any reason.

However, this one looks really new.. I am wondering if anybody has seen this for sale? If I have my heart set on this guy is it going to be maybe a few months wait, or could I be looking at years/never? I don't know how pleco availability works or what to expect.

Thanks,
Robert

Hi!

Usually they are often encountered on stocklist of exporters and importers, so you should n't get much problem finding either L75 or L124, the true Peckoltia sabaji L301 from Guyana may be harder to find...

Cheers
