Are these synos??

These fish are for sale on e-bay as upside down cats. They don't look like upside down cats to me.
Any ideas so that if I decide to buy them I know what I'm getting into!

They look like Synodontis eupterus.

Last time I checked, eBay didn't allow live animal lots. Has that policy changed?

I'm not sure. I couldn't find anything, but one seller says that e-bay does allow fish to be sold as long as certain "rules" are followed. What these rules are I haven't been able to discover.

As far as i know Fish can be sold IF part of the setup being bought and sale of fish is done privately.Please do not quote me on this i am just passing on what i heard.
