It is a Farlowella, or twig catfish. It is a South American Loricariid.

I would say it looks more like Farlowella vittata as the rostrum looks narrow and long in relation to the body as compared to the stubbier look of the Farlowella acus.

F. acus is also rarely, if ever, imported for the hobby. I agree, F. vittata.

Hi,

I think it's not possible to identify this Farlowella exactly. You didn't tell the origin, I cannot see the ventral scutes - both very important details to identify a Farlowella.
IMO you should stay with Farlowella sp. It is not important to know the exact name for successful care and spawning.
