Zebra

Post by plecoguy »

well.....im back, for a long time i kinda gave up on plecos due to losing so many. Ive taken a new route, im into discus. I just found out this week that i can get zebra plecos for 30 bucks (USD). i want to get two, they will be in a barebottom tank with 7 discus, and a huge piece of driftwood. Will they do alright in that tank? the temp is 84, and the ph is 7.6. let me know.

They'll do just fine in there, granted they have somewhere to hide and get enough food.

Hey, that's a great price especially since it's off season. Are they L-45's or L-46's? Could you let me (and others here) the source for your zebra. The name of the store and # and email if possible. I'd snatch up the rest if they have any left. Been wanting to do a biotype tank based around zebra's and other pleco's found in the same area.

Thanks! :P
