Probably an encysted fluke metacercaria as in here.

Hi!

Looks like a case of Metacercarien ("german" expression) to me. Some kind of larvae "living" in your pleco. Mergus Welsatlas says not to worry if its only few. It also says not to use any medicaments against it because the fish cant "dispose" the larvae and would die from protein shock.
