Help identifying please!

I’ve owned this guy for 29 years and never really known exactly what he is. I’d always thought it was a synodontis network but see images here of hemisynodontis schall that also looks very like him. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Not sure about S.schall - looks too high bodied - perhaps

The yellowish dorsal and pectoral fin spines makes me think that this is Synodontis obesus.

Breathtaking. Impossible to think this fish could be 29 yo. It's an astounding achievement in my book!
