Thank you! Affordable enough to visit for me. I hope nothing will prevent me from doing it.CoryWally wrote: 10 Feb 2022, 16:04 Convention tickets are £35 for the weekend (or £25 for delegates staying at the hotel). Re: CSG 2022 Convention
Hi All,
Not long now until the convention, I'm planning on bringing some fish to include in the auction, there will be no reserves as I need to move some fish on to free up some space, just happy for them to go to a good home. Usual CSG auction rules will apply, I may have a few spare poly boxes if needed to transport the fish home.
I need to separate and count up some of the fish to be certain of the group sizes but the below will give an idea of what I will be bringing.
Thanks!
- - 3 tank raised adults believed to be 2 male 1 female. One refused to leave a cave when I was catching them, it looks to be a female from what little I could see!
- - 2 adult wild caught fish, I believe one male, one female.
- - sub adult ~5 inch TL, one fish, tank raised F1.
- - proven pair spawned 3-4 times, wild adults.
- - one wild adult.
- - proven tank raised pair, spawned multiple times.
- - group of 8 wild caught adults, looks to be 4 females and 4 males.
- - two adult tank raised fish, unsure of sexes.
- - group of 6 fish all female unfortunately, wild caught.
- - 4 wild caught adults, from size/body shape I believe 2 female and 2 male.
- - pair of wild caught adults
- - no longer bringing due to limited space in sales tanks.

Re: CSG 2022 Convention
Great selection of fishes - wish I could make it this year, but need to be a hermit for a couple of weeks before I head over to Mexico.

Re: CSG 2022 Convention
Enjoy Mexico Jools, I'm sure it'll be at least as good as a weekend in Wigan !
Once I have figured out how much space I have available to keep the fish in my hotel room ahead of the auction, I may also bring 5 , but would prefer to know in advance if there is any interest in them.

Re: CSG 2022 Convention
I think I'll also bring my for the auction, I've been planning what to put in my tanks already .
Mark - for the Cat-eLog link, you can go to the species page and scroll down to the end, in the section 'Further Information' there is a field called Forum BB code that looks like this but with square brackets, (clog) catfish name here (/clog), just copy/paste that into your post in place of the name and it'll link for you.
