It looks like (but could be , it's dark in the pic) - needs a good home and a feed by the looks of it.

Think it’s between Hemidoras stuebelii, Hemidoras morei and nemadoras elongatus.
although as noted, the fish is not in the best of condition to tell for sure and that makes the eye look different. Would be interesting to see something else in the shot too to compare size wise.

I went ahead and ordered this guy. So it will definitely have a good home. I’ll post better pics when I get it settle and fattened up. It could be fatter when I get it as well since I think he’s had this guy for a few months. But we’ll see this week
