IS this an L066?

IS this an L066?
He's very small, about 2" (if that), but his marking are similar to others. His dorsal markings doesn't look like the other L066's I've seen. Could it be because he's juvenile?

I almost knew it wasn't once I saw the pics, and there is another thread that mention the L260 and when I browsed for it, it looked an awful lot like mine...
