Hi Toshy,

Welcome to Planetcatfish!

In your photo, I see only one definitive male. The rest may be females. That said, these are all about 7-8 cm SL. Maybe some have more growing to do.

Here's an update
Looks like they all turning out as males
I can't really see any differences to be hopeful of a female.

I'm seeing 3 definite males (the hairy ones). The other 4 could well be females. Don't give up yet!

I agree with 3 hairy males. Two fish are so large that without odontodes, they are most likely females. The other two are smaller and may be females, but might possibly be subordinate males.

How big are your fish? I'm sorry to say the water is too dirty with particulates to make seeing the skin easy, but I don't see strong odontodes on anyone. Either fish are not in condition or are too young.
