Breeding Synodontis Ilebrevis

Post by malawibob »

Hi All,

I have a group of F1 Ilebrevis and wondered if anyone had news on breeding this cat? Unfortunately I cannot find much info on them on the internet, my fish are over 2 years old I got them when they where about 1.5" and they are now over 4". I have successfully bred my group of Petricola and have decided to give the Ilebrevis a try.

Any info would be appreciated

I am sure it's possible just that nobody has them in numbers.

Dumb me... If the OP has F1, then someone has bred them.

@malawibob, I think your best hope is to go back to the person who sold you the F1 for breeding info.

Cheers, Eric

Thanks for the help, I am awaiting a reply from the seller. I got them via a UK importer who got them from Germany.
