I would guess a very thin-lined schoutedeni, but then I sort of spotted your location.....

probably a hybrid, chances are pretty big...

unfortunately the Czech Republic currently is the biggest breeding ground of Synodontis- and Corydoras-hybrids; it's almost like a national industry....
"Czech Hybrid" is a household word here; you can even do a search on it

First time I've seen coppery eyes on a schoutedeni. Let's see, what other synos have coppery eyes...

polli springs to mind, but a cross between polli and schoutedeni would have a shorter nose and bigger lip, would it?

Now, in this picture I see the tell tale dent in the head. This does look like a hybrid, perhaps S. eupterus and S. multipunctatus?

Well,

like Jools said we may spring too quickly on the hybrid bandwagon, but after looking at the second picture it looks like a hybrid between S. eupterus and S. schoutedeni to me.

Only by the fact that it is completely absent in all natural species of Synodontis, but frequently present in hybrids.

Yes, Synodontis eupterus is a fairly common wild-caught aquarium fish.

Could someone point out the "the tell tale dent in the head" please.?
Not hijacking the subject but I have 6 S.Eupterus 3 of which have very different head shapes and would like to know more.
Is this a result of cross breeding or the use of hormones even.?

Look at the back of the head in the nuchal ("neck") region. There is an obvious indentation there.
This indentation is probably the result of development due to the hybrid genomic makeup and is common in many interspecific (and intergeneric) hybrids.

From the looks of it, I suspect that your fish has some kind of teratogenic deformity. The adipose fin seems unusually large, in addition to the unusual morphology of the nuchal region.
