Thought I'd post this excellent vlog by the good Prof. Leandro Sousa / IctioXingu it's made me think a lot about being there and that I MUST get my finger out and post a write-up of the experience. I hope by posting here it gets Leandro's channel some new hits.

I have been following Leandro's videos for a while, since I met him at an event a while back, a very nice guy.

These videos keep getting better, the thing I enjoy most is getting a good look at the natural habitat of the species a lot of us keep. Although not catfish, the Leporinus in this video look very nice!

Edit: I forgot to mention, there are English subtitles if your Portuguese isn't up to scratch :-). Just click the CC/Subtitle button at the bottom right next to the settings gear icon.

Seriously awesome stuff! A lot of man hours must have been invested to present a few delightful minutes of filming shy fish in murky and fast water.
