My Tanks

1 x 160 litre planted community tank
Serpae tetras
Rummy nose
Embers
Black widows
Honey gouramis
Dwarf gouramis
Balloon rams
Peppered Cory
Albino Cory
Sterbai Cory
Ottos
Filtration:Oase biomaster 250

1x 100 litre grow out tank
1 syndontis Petricola/Lucipinis? (3 inch)
2 juvenile Blood Parrots (1.5 inch)
6 cherry barbs (dither fish to help settle blood parrots will go back to LFS when parrots have come out of their figurative shells)
Filtration: Oase Filtosmart 300

All my filters I think are sufficient I water test weekly and have a good relationship with several Good aquatic stores :)

I don't know much about the fish you are listing but aesthetically I find your tanks tasteful. Obviously a labor of love.

I agree with Viktor. The tanks are arranged very nicely.

As for the stocking question, are you concerned that the blood parrots might harm the cherry barbs?

Eric as far as I know and can find through research while Blood parrots are boisterous and will charge they are not going to nip them due to their mouths not closing, I am also only using the cherry barbs to help settle the parrots as a busier tank will help them feel safe and not hide as much, once the Blood parrots have acclimated to the aquarium and do not panic every time me and my wife’s pass by the hallway I will let the cherry barbs go back to LFS and find their forever home :)
