So I have been talking to the person who sold me the fish and apparently it was not Ided correctly I am now being told it is
Porochilus meraukensis

It could well be, this is not a common species in fact I don't think I've ever seen one.

Sorry I have not been great about updating my fish. I have these pictures as well from a few months after I got him, if any of these would be better. I will try to get some new pictures of him tomorrow and will talk about my experience with him after keeping him for over 2 years now.
