"Destination folder not found" message in My Aquaria.

Post by Deb »

This message keeps appearing when I try to update My Aquaria:

Destination folder not found (/home/webcat/planetcatfish.com/jpg/_archive/2019/2019-04-10_usr)

No matter what field I am updating, whether from phone or PC, the same message appears.
My changes are ignored, although the template looks normal.

Hope you can help!

Hi Deb,

Thanks for reporting this. Not sure why you're getting that; I just updated the dimensions and a photo for one of my aquaria and it succeeded without error (using my laptop running Win 7).

Jools will need to sort this out.

Regards, Eric

Thanks, Eric. I tried it this morning and, after one unexplained glitch, it took off and has been working fine for me since!

I would not have reported it if it had been a one-time issue, but for at least a day and a half the above error message was returned, as I said, no matter from what device. Logging out and then back in had no effect. It was weird!

Thanks for your help and, if you didn't actually do anything, thanks for your concern.
