Striped raphael catfish

Need advise with striped raphael catfish. Are they safe tank,ates for bristlenos pleco?

I was given a 3 inch one. I placed it in a hospital tank with a sivk bristlenose. Then i found my bristlenose belly eaten. Not sure if it was eaten while weak or it was already dead. Now im hesitant to put it in with my other bristlenose. Do you guys think itll be a safe tank,ate?

I haqve them for almost 30 years now, and I never withnessed anything like you wrote.


I would assume the pleco first died, otted and then got partly eaten
