Looking for a pleco that I can breed easily and is rareish!
No common ancistrus species such as super reds plz.
Looking for adults or sub adults of a pleco that stays smaller than say 6 inches, breeds in captivity, and can live in my 90g planted community.

I know you don't want the Ancistrus, but there are other kinds of Ancistrus, many of which are less common. Hypancistrus is also popular, but I don't consider that genus to be best suited by a planted community tank. They might do okay in your tank, but depending on your water chemistry, circulation, etc., it might be less than optimal for them.
Have a look at this list. It shows you a lot of species that are popularly bred. Keep in mind that just because a species is bred a lot doesn't mean it's "easy" to breed. Instead it really says that lots of people have tried and a good proportion have succeeded: https://www.planetcatfish.com/common/my ... ?mode=blog

Well something easy to breed but not too hard. L201s would be up my alley. I am successfully breeding common ancistrus species and red lizards right now.
Leopard frogs, L398s, L397s arenpretty cool.

Hey Tony! Are they adults or sub adults? Wilds? How much?
