Synodontis granulosus fry purchase
I was finally able to afford 6 granulosus fry at a time they were available. I couldn’t get any great shots of them in the water but did get a few of them out of the water as I transferred them from shipping bags to their new tank. The first photo is from the seller.

Re: Synodontis granulosus fry purchase
I was at discuss madness in NJ yesterday and they have a lot of f1granulosus fry. I was asking them about the fry since most are rumored to be hybrids. According to them they have the only true source of pure bred granulosus in the country. thought worth sharing if you want to look further into it.

Re: Synodontis granulosus fry purchase
I purchased 5 from Discus Madness and one from Trins Tropicals. I was worried they weren’t going to be able to compete for food because I put them in my tank with my synodontis grandiops that are twice the size of the granulosus. No need to worry. They eat first by swimming upside down and skimming the surface for food in true granulosus form.
