peckoltia sp.

i found in a LFS and then after a search in a fish mag a Peckoltia Sp. cutest thing i ever saw
i was wondering though, its says in the book and the the Lfs guy confermd that it got to 1.5cms
max the size of a Otto
i did a check here but its conflicting... can some one help me understand?

Can you post a pic of a similar looking fish?

If it is a Peckoltia ssp. a size of 10 cm would be more realistic.
