Post by albertoceronn »

Hello eveyone! I hope you can help me with the ID of this 4 Plecos.

I would like to know why the "Inspector Pleco" has big yellow spots in the dorsal and between the eyes.

I would really appreciate your help.

The yellow big spots are stress colouration. If itshows that, itis not feeling well at the time. If it shows these always, there is something wrong with your setup for this fish.

The other two smaller ones are probably from the Panaqolus Maccus complex, aka L448.

The last one belongs to the Panaque family. It will get really big! Someone else will be able to id which panaque this is. I am not qualified to do so.

3 out of 4 of these fishes need real wood to survive. Please make sure there is some good, soft wood in your tank.
