Another opportunity for (poor) pics

My cats, probably the channels and blue channels, went "rogue" and decided that koi is food after all... after one year of peace and togetherness in a pond. So, I had to pump it out and fish out and re-home every one. Held some of the smallish cats in my 120 gal for half a day - hence the pics again.

Have not seen these guys for 15 months!

Will be revisiting some of my old ID threads as I think there may be some corrections needed.

For now just pics... including a catfish line-up

No questions atm. Comments are welcome.

Welcome to the Planet! If you find it possible and are willing, please, elaborate your comment. You have read the OP, right? ... which says these cats have been held in that tank for half a day while being re-homed.

But I am indeed guilty of overstocking on many other occasions, so I humbly ask of your forgiveness.

My second of Chrysichthys ornatus trio finally gave up. Final measure at 12". It's been getting thin and his backbone getting misshapen for a few years, which surprised me - it had been free from any defects all its prior life. I found it wrapped around the bottom drain, still breathing but too weak to even swim.

Just a few months ago it was still strong enough to pick an inconsequential fight with its brother, the one-eyed ornatus, the now-last remaining one, which is pretty beefy.

Thin fish... not much meat on it, perhaps this is why our vulture 6-pack didn't touch it. The tail tattered by pbass - I witnessed it.

The first one of the trio too wasted away like this one only quicker and didn't get misshapen.

Finally I was able to measure its mouth - it's 3" in diameter, may be a bit more. Humongous mouth for a 12" fish:
