Possibility of Keeping Pseudolaguvia in planted tank

Post by Weirder_weird »

I have a two feeter newly set up low-tech planted tank. It has been 3 weeks and the filter media is old. The want doesn't have a strong current... The filter is a chinese HOB where the output is vertically downwards. The water is well oxygenated. It already has E. pusillus and G. telchitta. Will it be okay to keep Pseudolaguvia shawi? What should the water parameters be?

The tank looks perfect for these fish. You could consider adding more plants, this would suit the Erethistes and the Pseudolaguvia. What's the water temperature like?
Balaji

Major: Now what's this... stone, stone, stone, (looks down at his hand) and scissors. Now. Scissors cut everything, don't they?
Sergeant: Not stone, sir.
Major: They're very good scissors!!

Thanks.

The barren area is actually planted with Tissue Culture Cryptos... They will fill in within 2-3 months.

The temperature stays around 24-26 degrees (The AC stays on for the majority of the day).
