Are this L 184?

I bought these 2 pleco’s as L184, but I doubt that this is correct. It was caught in the wild, if it is true.
They are 8 cm (3 inches).
Is it correct that these are L184? If not, what kind is it?

Based on the small spotting, I'd say, as you already guessed, probably not . As to what they are... are notoriously difficult to identify without capture location, and the spotted ones are often harder when adult as they lose much of the juvenile colouring (such as the white edges to the caudal and dorsal fins seen in ). FYI if both fish shown, looks like they are both female from the limited 'bristles' around the mouth.

Perhaps, but at some pictures of the Ancistrus sp`rio_ucayali` seem the dots yellows.

The body spots look about right (what few there are). But I don't see any orange/red in the pectoral fins. Jools, do the adults lose that color on the pectorals?

They can do, the specimen in question looks pretty dark. There is a complex of Ancistrus that look similar to this, but in recent times, this is the one that turns up more often than most.
