Are L264 on the ban list now?

Are L264 on the ban list now?

I heard that they were a recent addition to the list, but I can't find anything about it here or elsewhere. Does anyone know? I tried searching the forums here.

I've heard that Might be getting added to the list, I haven't heard anything about though.
I can stop keeping catfish whenever I want. I just don't think I'll ever want to do that...
