Thanks!
I'm from Brazil, and I don't remember to see this pleco anywhere else but this time, I'm trying to track the seller, but with no successAcanthicus wrote:Hi,
its a Peckoltia for sure, and belongs to the P. vittata -complex.
But its none of the mentioned L-Numbers, possibly its a semiadult L 475, which are being imported more frequently now in comparison to the past years. If you still have the chance to get some specimens from the same shipment, get them, cause you might not have the chance again. Also pictures of the others would be of interest to see the variation.
That's kind of messy I always do with l numbers.Acanthicus wrote:Ups, sorry, I meant L477 of course, which is a Peckoltia.
Man, trying to guess how I pay only 8 dolars. My pleco dealer (prtically the only dealer beside the importer/exporter) sells me for 9 dollar each, the same price as l114 (I'm getting 3 more next weekend). This ones I bought in a store, so, the store was (at least) the third place to get the fish, and the fish don't came from this dealer or another importer. I'm breeding some hard to find tetras (and some commons to), and beggining to breed plecos, thats why I'm so interessed in ID this beauties. In a few times I pretend to export for you guys, who knows the prices can drop.Fundulopanchax76 wrote:Hi Pedraz ! You are happy to buy that beauty only for 8 dollars ! In Europe they will cost 25 -30 dollars each !
Without a collection point it is hard to be sure but L477 is possible by the looks of them ...... L477 is a larger fish than L15's are and when they get older/bigger they will be easier to tell apart from L15. I hate to say it but only time will tell for sure in that case...Acanthicus wrote:Ups, sorry, I meant L477 of course, which is a Peckoltia.
