does anyone know if this is cochliodon or suttoni i 've read a few articles
but still do not understand

Fm my part of the world,

BEC = Panaque cf. cochliodon`upper_magdalena` - based on PC cate-log.

BES = Panaque suttonorum (Venezuela) or Panaque cochliodon (Colombia) - based on PC cate-log.

btw, your fish is BES.

what makes it chochliodon ?

That it's not from the Maracaibo Basin and that the other spp. are not exported. If you don't know where it's from you can't readily prove it's not P. cochliodon.
