Look like its just shedding its skin. All four of my shed their skin anywhere from a week to a month after I got them and haven't done it again sense. My "theory" is that they do it when adjusting to different water qualities and even if thats the case its probably only a very small part of why they do it.
Just a heads up though, next time its best to give a little description of whats going and some water quality measurements.

I can stop keeping catfish whenever I want. I just don't think I'll ever want to do that...
