Look through Aquabid, Ebay. Wet Spot (OR) and Snookn21 (FL; freshwatertropicals) have them. Several other on-line vendors have them ~ continuously.

Oliver Lucanas from Below Water has one at 18 cm for 120 and he does ship internationally ( I have no idea how that works or what his min is for that though)
I can stop keeping catfish whenever I want. I just don't think I'll ever want to do that...
