I couldn't help but notice that Acanthodoras sp you listed isn't even in the Cat-elog!
I can stop keeping catfish whenever I want. I just don't think I'll ever want to do that...

Oh how I would love to have a group of Mochokiella paynei, we had two show up at the Basingstoke Association Of Aquarists auction ~19 months ago, adorable little things! I could see a group being a great addition to my ~280l 4-footer, containing the likes of Pareutropis mandevillei; Alestopeterius sp. 1; Phenacogrammus interrruptus juveniles; Synodontis nigriventris; Synodontis congicus; Microsynodontis sp.1; Microsynodontis polli etc.

I finally bought a ~12cm SL Synodontios angelicus at the last A of A auction a couple of months back (hmm, just thought, must add it to "my cats"), given their reputation, I was shocked to see my specimen getting some serious agro from one of my four similar sized Euchilichthys the other night! Thankfully, the "squeak" producing chaos did not last long and things settled down in the 6-footer within ~10mins.

One day, I will find a way of getting up to Castleford for these auctions. :)
