Odd code on main page before logon

When I come here before I have logged on I see the following on the main page:

After I logon it looks normal.

Same when using explorer or chrome.

Yeah, the error would have been universally seen by anyone not logged in. I think I've nailed it now - it was caused by some investigation into the user preferences bug that means that your preferences over temperature and measurement systems doesn't work. That still needs some work before it's fixed but at least I now know where the problem is.

This is now fixed and the temp / measure system stuff works too.
