Help ID that brown, dark spotted pleco?

Post by Kaetsy »

First, sorry my English...

That young pleco sold my first at hypostomus plecostomus and I thought it can be so far hypostomus sp.... BUT the dorsal fin 12 fishbone. She/he is a day of active and clearly likes of more vegetarian food.
That light sheets on top is sand :)
ps 'horrible how the L-066 looks bold .Not driveen away that little pleco as usual, as long as the tail pushed aside :D
I dont wait strickt pieces but it was nice to know genus.

EDIT: in 3months he has been grown up about 7cm and getting little fat :)
Still think that he is pterygoplichthys pardalis or...?

Ok, thanks! I watch all pterygoplichthys but i didnt recognise first.
I think it can be p.pardalis... He/she is so small it can ne hard ID...
But im happy to know even genus..
So i can call him/her pterygoplichthys sp. sp far it was little bigger? P.Pardalis is likely to be true.
Thank you :)
