Thanks Viktor and really sorry for the late reply. I am a native fish enthusiast basically. I also like catfish and have quite a few varieties of them. I breed betta and keep Snakeheads too.Viktor Jarikov wrote:Nice. I offered my $0.02 on your MFK thread. Now, welcome to the Planet! If you will, post the full tank shot and tell us what else you keep, your experience, whatever you choose...
Thanks. That's a lovely lovely mystus!!!! Thanks for sharing. I keep the Horabagrus with arulius barbs, melon barbs and filament barbs. My mystus looks just like that now, but can hardly click a photo of it. It's always hiding.Shovelnose wrote:Welcome to Planet Catfish Karthick.![]()
Lovely tanks, good to see a hobbyist with an inclination towards native species. What do you keep with the Horabagrus, they tend to gobble up any small fish. The M.canarensis will max out at around 6-7 inches TL.
The largest specimen currently with me, measured back in 2011 or so.
Edit : You can always post your non-catfish pictures in the relevant sub-forum (Tank Talk).
Thanks Viktor. Really glad that you liked the pics.Viktor Jarikov wrote:Seriously awesome stuff, Karthik! Nice photography too. You are a great addition to the forum. Thanks for the wonderful info and pics!
