Looks like a Panaque cochliodon. What info are you looking for? They cost around 699 euro in the Netherlands in this size. No experience keeping this specific animal. But big panaque eat lots of wood and create a lot of mess. Can be quite territorial in this adult size.

A quick search on google, I found this website

It also may be L203, much more common than the blue eye.

Scroll down to Habitat Information Distribution

There is a small square blue/green icon at the end of that section. "(Click the map-icon to show/hide map of species distribution)"

The only 'marker' on the map in Brazil notes Purus river. (hover on marker)
